Are you looking for an incredible place to go fishing and unwind,
total relaxation, stressless, natural environment; then this is another of those places we
have invested in: Decelles Reservoir, 25 miles south of Vald'or, Quebec. This is an expansive
river and lake system covering 100's of miles of boating and fishing access.
Our cottages are located near my partner and guide's home town of Vald'or Quebec (International
Airport in Vald'or where a number of major airlines fly into), which is 325 miles North of
the city of Montreal. From Vald'or you drive 25 miles south on a well maintained gravel road
to the Main lodge, Northern Outfitters, and then travel several miles on water to our Cottages.
Vald'or has an inexpensive storage area for your boat, where it then can easily be put into
the river with a public ramp access, and can be left over the winter and watched over.
We have a family in the area who looks after the cabin and will continue to do so at our
expense as you make payments. We also have a plan in place if you desire, to rent your place
on a weekly basis to other families, all managed by my partner in nearby Vald'or, where your
part is to just receive the rental fee minus the property mng.fee, for any weeks when you
are not there at your choosing.

Our Canada land includes properties on and near the Bonaventure River,
called 'Wagamet' (clear water) by the local Mic-Mac aboriginals, flows down from the Chic
Choc Mountains found deep in the heart of the Gaspe Peninsula. It flows for 125 kilometers
(76 miles) before emptying into the Baie des Chaleurs. Atlantic salmon and sea trout travel
far up the main river. There are 103 named pools, and almost as many unnamed runs and little
holding areas scattered throughout the limited and unlimited rod sectors.
A truly spectacular river, the Bonaventure has one of the biggest
runs of salmon of all the Gaspe Rivers, with over 3,000 fish returning annually. With almost
ever changing pool structure the "Bonnie" offers the angler almost every type of fishing
situation possible.
The town of Gaspe, at the Peninsula point, offers high quality of
life and a tremendous investment, as real estate in the Peninsula is rising in value dramatically.

Located 45 km east of Senneterre (Québec), Lake Faillon is a long
